I can understand why a lot of Burger Kings have been closing down. They are very slow and their fries if they're not fresh or cold grease soak and rubbery very nasty. I love their flame-broiled burgers but I don't like having to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line just to get one when there's only two or three cars ahead of me and no customer should have to eat nasty cold rubbery fries.

Fresh food and best fries ever. Better than most other fast food places we have been to so far. Definitely a place to come back to

It is October 30 11:20 AM. I pulled up to your drive-through. I was opening my Burger King app the gentleman asked me what I would like I told him I would need a minute. Within 10 seconds you could tell he was very frustrated with me. I let him know I was opening my app and looking at the menu. He asked for more times within 30 seconds what I would like with an attitude. I told him I was trying to get my coupons off my app but I would pull off to look at it due to the fact he was being so impatient. Mind you there was nobody behind me in line. I pulled back told him I would like that tube for six and would need a whopper before I could get anything else out of it he cut me off and was very rude. He stated it buy one get one free which was not the coupon that I had. I tried to correct him and let him know I would like a chicken sandwich yet he kept cutting me off. I pulled off and did not get no food. I would rather give my business to a company that hires competent individuals with manners. As I drove by the window I told him he needed to find some patients or a new job if you did not like taking food orders. I will never use this Burger King again. Your staff needs to understand that your customers are not able to look at her phone and drive so when using the app to utilize their coupons ppl need more than 10seconds. Customer service requires patience this man did not have no patience. You guys lost out on a $40 order.. after dealing with him I was not going to place an order and be scared someone was going to spit in my food. I hope you take care of the situation.
