Good's is a huge furniture store with a wide selection of pricing and brands. I've never walked in and not been able to find what I needed. Even the lower priced items I've purchased are high quality and I'm confident they will last my lifetime. I have items I purchased at Good's that are 30 years old and show no signs of ever wearing out. Also, the restaurant is a nice place to eat and has good food.

We absolutely love going to Good’s. The furniture selection is so vast. You can spend the entire day walking around to see the latest furniture trends or just to get ideas for a change in your own design at home. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and available for questions. The wine cellar restaurant is wonderful. Homemade breads, salad dressings and oh the pie! The chocolate cream pie is the best I’ve ever had! Well worth the trip.

My wife and I had the most amazing experience shopping for a dining room table at Good's. We never felt pressure from anyone. No pesky salespeople following us around asking mindless questions. When we first entered the store our salesperson Johnny kindly asked what we were interested in and brought us to a location in the store that offered the highest selection of dining room tables. He then did the unexpected. Left and left us alone to shop at our leisure. We narrowed our choices down to two or three and Johnny surfaced just in time to answer some questions. With his help we settled on our table which was available in about thirty finishes. Put a down payment on a custom made to order table that had all the features we were looking for at a reasonable price. The experience was a great one all around and I believe our salesman Johnny was the one responsible. He truly understands customers and the definition of Customer Service. Kudos and highly recommended!

We had a very good experience shopping at Good's for the first time, we bought mattresses for our beds. The saleswoman was very helpful and gave us information on various mattresses that we appreciated. They were delivered on time and set up for us very promptly. We really like the one we selected because it has not only coils, but memory foam and a sort of pillow top. It is very comfortable and yet supportive because I have a bad back at times. This mattress has helped my back and we are pleased with it. We plan to come back to look at other furniture as we need it. Thank you,

Good's is no longer worth the drive. It no longer has the "hometown" customer experience. We went looking for something that we could have delivered relatively soon due to personal reasons. We found two pieces on display that would work perfectly. Let me number the problems: 1. If it's only on display you must wait 12 weeks OR pay EXTRA money(remember these are display pieces) and buy additional pieces of furniture. 2. After time and reluctance, we agreed to purchase more pieces and pay more money than we wanted. When we again reluctantly agreed to this demand of purchasing more and got in touch with the clerk, the demands had changed...now the pillows that were displayed MUST be the ones we take even though on the bottom of the furniture brochure it said you may select any fabric for the accent pillows and we had selected fabric with the clerk. We agreed to pay more money against better judgement and now they wouldn't allow pillows of our choice! 3. Even with more demands we asked if it could be on hold til the next day to think about this latest demand or refusal. Answer was NO, you must make down payment or else. 4. We had also previously inquired into delivery. Yes of course they do but NO, to moving aside the existing furniture or taking it away. (This ability/courtesy to move furniture aside and/or take it away is available by many other furniture stores) 5. I also did give them the opportunity to explain or justify the situation by calling the owner/supervisor. I left a message with someone and gave them my name and phone number. I heard nothing back. Very very disappointing experience. There is nothing "hometown" about their policies and lack of good old mid-western hospitality and courtesy.
