I have never had a filet mignon with a large noticeable chunk of fat in it until today at Morton's. For the prestige and price of Morton's I would expect more from the quality of my food and service. Everything was fine, but overwhelmingly "just fine". The au gratin potatoes were large cubes in cream and cheese rather than traditional thin slices, and the seasoning was underwhelming. My husband's Old Fashioned was almost clear looking and tasted very watered down. The waiter was nice and offered him a different drink, but there is nothing special about this place. Go to Gibson's or Capital Grille if you're looking for an excellent steakhouse in the area that lives up to the hype.

Outstanding dining experience! My sons 18th birthday dinner was flawless thanks to the classic professional table service by Oscar. The food was perfection! My gold standard⭐️

Went at happy hour. Our bottle of wine was over $100 but food under $20. Oh wait dessert was great! Over $20. Great food and service.

Wonderful evening and dinner. As always, great service by a great team. My wife got their mixed grill with filet, scallops and shrimp. Everything was cooked perfect and this was a lot of food. Great value. I started with their Bourbon Old Fashion. I asked them not to muddle the fruit. Served over a large ice cube, this was a great start. I chose their New York Dry Aged Bone-in. Cooked perfect was very tasty. I love my New York Strip. I also started with their Morton Salad. Huge salad. Our servers were attentive but not smothering or rushing. Perfect evening. Great team.
