Late post: December 2017. The Liberty Tavern is inside the Hilton hotel. Garage parking is validated for Breakfast with Santa event. Less than 5 years old are free with a paying adult. While waiting for our reservation, there's Starbucks inside the lobby and plenty of festive photo ops. Hotel always live up to its name. Hotel is well maintained & staff was a alamce of professional and down to earth. Breakfast buffet was decent. Santa was phenomenal; he acted the part pretty well that he was Santa. My daughter enjoyed decorating Christmas cookie, making an ornament, and writing a letter to Santa. However, our Santa photo will be delivered to our address because the printer malfunctioned

It's a tad pricey for what amounts to a burger joint, but for those staying at the Rosemont Hilton, you get the benefit of not leaving the building. This place is connected via the local indoor walkway system for those staying at other hotels in the area. Don't get me wrong, the burgers and fries are solidly above average. Recommended over most places in Financial Park. Also: they have a toasty fireplace which is a very adorable touch!

A bit pricy, but the service is beyond my expectations. I came in with a group and they were accommodating to allergies, gave me good menu recommendations and checked up on us often. Would love to visit again!

Great ambiance and the staff was gracious and pleasant. Food...hmmmm just ok. Had fish tacos for $17... Where 's the fish? It was alright... Corn tortilla should have been grilled and beans tasted like bush beans from a can with left over bfast grilled onions thrown in to make it look home cooked. Nope not fooled. Sword fish was rather bland. Probably shouldn't have ordered fish in the mid west...ha ha..can u say land lock...had their pub burger 4 $17 last night and it was definitely better. Wine and Goose IPA was delicious, but hard to mess up. Again staff was great and service was quick and very pleasant...this always makes the experience better even when the food is over priced and not that great.

Waited 20 minutes before i had enough and flagged down a server to our table to even take our order. The Tavern wasn't even busy. Food was great. Wish i hadn't wasted half my lunch time.
