I have been coming to Theo's for the better part of ten years. It knows what it is and doesn't pretend to be what it's not. The coffee on offer day to day is fantastic and everyone I've brought here has been impressed with the quality for the price. This is the perfect spot to sit and kill a few hours, whether you're by yourself or with some friends. Over the years I've witnessed countless first dates, business meetings, and job interviews. The regulars are always friendly and the staff all know and love the place. Anyone behind the counter can run with an idea you give them and produce a beverage you will love. If you have any questions, they're all very equipped to answer them. This isn't one of those places that you need to walk into and know the lingo. You will 1000% be taken care of whether you know exactly what you want or if you have no clue whatsoever. I am so sentimental about Theo's for so many reasons. It will always hold a place in my heart as somewhat of a second home. If you're nearby and love coffee, grab a cup and have a seat. You really won't regret it.

Walked into this place for a coffee. Ended up ordering a Mocha, breakfast burrito, and a cinnamon roll. Their espresso machine was broke and were just putting in a new one and promised to make me my coffee as soon as they could... These guys were so friendly and apologetic, and it wasn't long for them to deliver. The burrito was one of the best I've had! Cinnamon roll was very good too, as if it was mom's from the oven. Prices are great too! I'd recommended this place to everyone and will be stopping in next time I'm through town.

Will absolutely be going back each time I visit "home". I had them "cater" my wedding party for breakfast and lunch while getting ready. The owner and employees were so friendly when I stopped in. They made sure the cook was there a half hour early and everything was ready, and on time. The breakfast sandwiches, burritos, bagels, and muffins were amazing. Not to mention that it is now my favorite place to get coffee (wish they had a location in NY where I live!). 100% recommend!
