As with all Arby's, they are a bit overpriced. But the staff is pretty friendly. Good experience overall but nothing out of this world.

Feb 21, 2018
I get emails from Arby's, and had coupons in my vehicle. However we spent the day today with my aunt and she was driving. So I didn't have the coupons with me. I thought, no problem, just ask what specials they have. I was told they had no specials. I decided to eat elsewhere. They have good food, but their prices are getting out of hand anymore. You can get twice the food elsewhere for the same price. That extra money must go towards keeping the place looking nice? Wrong! The sign only says "by's" outside, there is an outside light that's half a strobe light, and a cracked window that nobody has bothered to fix. The window has been like that for months; I would suspect the same for the sign that only half lights up. You can see the pictures of the sign, light, and cracked window. Despite the good food, I can't recommend this place in good conscious. It needs cheaper prices to compete, or at least some in store specials? What happened to the like 3 for 5 deals? Just sad that someone who enjoys their food enough to sign up online has to walk away from their prices or lack of any in store specials. (***UPDATE***12-26-17). I got online and forwarded my issues to their corporate. They emailed me back apologizing for my bad experience; and said if I sent them my address they would send me a card good for a complimentary meal (sandwich, small fry and small drink was what it came with), and to their credit they did actually send me the card and a letter. So I gave them another chance. This last time we had the coupons with us so it didn't seem as terrible (the deals, especially with one person eating free). We saw one tall kid refill the ketchup and do multiple things on the floor while the rest stayed behind the counter. The sign outside and window are still broken. But seeing that kids work ethic helped give some redemption (I don't remember his name but want to think it was either Blake or something similar I took a pic of him and do believe it is posted...give that kid a raise, he was working hard, and made you look good in the eyes of someone who loves your food but not your prices). I still think the window and sign need fixed, but the floor was clean and looked after. Now if they would only work on their prices or deals a bit, they'll win me back as a regular customer instead of a once in a blue moon type. The food is still excellent...the prices not so much. Arby's needs to keep their competition in the back of their mind. There are many places I can get a full meal (sandwich, fries, drink for 4-5 dollars in Seymour). The same meal at Arby's is closer to 8-10 dollars. I had a KFC "five dollar fill up" last week for example for exactly $5.35. At any rate, I'm back to being on the fence for Arby's. I still love the food, but not the prices. But given their response to the problem I'll see if they work on pricing or specials. Would love to see the 3 for $5 make a comeback or something similar.*EDIT* The sign and window have been fixed and some deals have been circulating lately. Glad to see things improved, and that the food at least has some deals (got 2 for $5 deals last time I was in and was happy). Thank you for the improvements. :)

Excellent food! The drive thru takes a bit to get thru at lunch. They have a discount menu from 2 to 4 (I think) where you can get some bargins. The interior needs to be remodeled, but it is clean. Be sure to try a Jamocha shake or a salted caramel cookie!

Great food and drive thru service up to midnight every day. Curtious service up to closing.

I use to work at arbys, sooo I haven't ate there in years I noticed on my way home they were open so I stoped in there tonight and at 10:50 there was a white truck In front of me at the drive thru he ordered after asking for 3 or 4 things that they didn't or couldn't make so he said I'll wait 5 min on the 5 chicken sliders. So I pulled up to the speaker and waited and waited said hello about 5 times no answer so I pulled up and tried to go in doors locked so I pulled back around to the speaker said hello hello still no answer so by then the white truck got there food and pulled off so I pulled up the the window and honked my horn and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said were closed and I told her I've been sitting at the speaker for 13 min by now so I said I been sitting at the speaker since the white truck pulled up she said with great attitude I didn't hear you that's because she didn't have her headset on and she said WE R CLOSED AND SHUT THE WINDOW IN MY FACE all I wanted was a beef and cheddar VERY easy to make guess I won't be going to arbys ever again very rude young lady with attitude I'll be calling corporate the sign shouldn't say open till 11 if the just let you set at the speaker till 11:01 and then say we're closed.
