Not clean. Not friendly. Not good. Three of our four items were incorrect and warmed up. We sent the spinach and artichoke dip back. There was a soggy chip in the bottom. I question whether it was pulled off another order. They added some weird half cooked bell pepper slices. They were gross. Speaking of gross... Avoid these bathrooms. Should have read the reviews before going here. This was my worst dining experience in the past five years. Thankfully I was there with great friends and family that have a great sense of humor. I will be contacting corporate to put in a detailed critique. Anyone who says this place is good must be related to the management.

My FIL wanted to have lunch here and I agreed, even though Buffalo Wild Wings isn’t my favorite place to eat. We walk in the door and immediately our experience is set to expect the worst. A hostess informs us there is one waiter on staff for the entire restaurant. On a Saturday. At lunchtime. Ok, no big deal. We wanted a longer visit anyway. We sit down and wait a while for our drinks. The waiter was very nice and as attentive as he could be balancing all the tables he had to cover. I’m still trying to understand why the hostess wasn’t helping him at least keep drinks refilled or bringing orders to the table. The food was still nice and hot when we got it. And our overall experience was better than expected. It seems petty, but I’m pretty picky about ranch dressing and I’m not a big fan of theirs (it was room temperate and didn’t taste fresh made) so I took off a star for that.

Service was horrible and it wasn't even busy. I'd never go there again. There was maybe 4 other tables and we hardly ever seen a waiter or anyone walking or standing anywhere. It was like they were all hiding in the back. We literally walked to the drink station to fill our own drinks. A friend we went with said they have horrible service everytime he went.

I mean, I don’t expect a lot from BW’s but this one was terrible... they warmed both our spin art dip and wings... went sent food back. Some pretty rough staff as well.

Had to wait a long time for the hostess to show up. There were a couple groups in front of us that had already been waiting to put their name in before we even got there. However, food and service were good after we were finally seated.
