A certain employee is allowed and encouraged by the management to park in front of the facility in the customer parking area and even tho customers have made numerous complaints to the manager because the parking is very limited and they have to park further away and have to walk about a half a block to get to the doors. They reply with lame excuses or say theyll look into it. But thats as far as lt goes. I even called the elkhart location and spoke to the management there. He said he doesn't feel that that is an issue. I stated that o was gonna call corporate and see what their policy was for employee parking and he stated that he did not care. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and could not get any of the arguing staff to acknowledge my presence. Don't waste your time here. Oh also they don't wear gloves. Gross.
