I have been coming to SB for a while now. I really like the food and atmosphere. The service is also amazing! My favorite server is Lindsey. She is always attentive, polite and very knowledgeable about anything on the menu. She always goes out of her way to make my visit special and that is a rare thing today.

I ate there for the first time several months ago and loved the food! I have been there several times since. 2 visits ago they gave my mom food with an ingredient she can’t have. The waitress stood there with a blank look & then took food to the back & returned 10 minutes later with a new plate with 1/2 of what they originally gave her. (She couldn’t eat the any of the 1st 1.). The last visit was around 1pm on weekday with our party of 3 & 1 other table of people. Waitress would disappear for what seemed like long periods of time. We had trouble getting drinks refilled. We placed a takeout order towards end of our meal. We paid our bill and waitress told us goodbye & have a great day. Wait! She forgot our order. We had to get someone to get the food. We will go back 1 more time. That will determine whether they have improved and we will continue eating there.

The food at smokey bones is always great and the service is always amazing! we love coming here on our days off but the heat is too much, we would rather go anywhere else. we would love to come more often but the heat is too much in the warmer seasons, we’d love to see the AC get fixed so we could come back. i’m sure many other customers would feel the same.

Food was great. Service was great. The remodel is nice so far, but I am hoping a new air conditioning system comes with it. I have been eating there for years, and it has always been hot. I hate seeing the employees work that hard in the heat, it’s unsafe. Also, I noticed a new host/take out lady who is sitting on the counter when I come in and it does not look professional.

Great atmosphere! Great people! We make it in as much as we can to see Heather! We live about 45 minutes away but it’s always worth the drive! Excited for the remodel!
