I've been here multiple times as I love it and so does my daughter. The food is always great, BUT there's many downfalls about this location. ONE- The speaker absolutely SUCKS. You cant hear anything or they're yelling. No one holds the button or something down long enough to tell you your total.. Ive been here 3 times in few months... My first complaint was the worker was rude and refused me a cheese cup and gave a crazy attitude.. THEN, I left a review on Rally's little thing and the DM called me and said they couldn't sell me one because of the plastic cups. and the cheese was melting them but the new cups would be there within that week.. I went back 2 months later, and again.. Refused cheese.. Two nights later I went back, the man was so nice, laughed when I said I've been refused cheese cups twice and said that was ridiculous and no one has ever told him different, so he sold me a cheese cup in the plastic cups. The lady that works the window during the day is always a hateful snob about everything and should probably find a job that doesn't involve working with people.

I wrote a horrible review on this place a few months ago. Since I have been back because they are within walking distance of my home and my son absolutely loves it there. The service and food are much better! I was pleasantly surprised and have been back several times. Some employees are rude but most that take my order are friendly. It does get pretty busy but that's to be expected since it is right by the mall.

This is the worst Rally's in the Indianapolis area... We have given this one many chances are different shifts just to see if it was possibly the staff on that shift but I regretfully say it's not.. it's everyone there.. the last few times the food was stale and cold and even made wrong.. so in trying it one last time we will no longer be coming back here.. when ur food comes out before the drinks and it's cold!!. there is a problem.. and the ingredients were correct this time but when the condiments are on the wrapper and not in the sandwich like it should be... That shows they don't care about anything but sitting on their butts doing nothing because that's all they do here anyways. I have never seen them busy.. ever!

I understand why it has the bad rap. This is only my subjective experience this one time. I went for lunch recently, and they were so busy, and their customers were SO rude, and this guy at the window was working his little earnest butt off! I ordered popcorn chicken, waited a reasonable time for them to cook fresh chicken, and it was fine, no burnt or too tiny pieces. Based on this experience alone, I feel they some credit for giving their best efforts.
