Food was just OK. They really have this whole gaudy mood thing going on which is see through and annoying really. I guess they have to have a shtick. I get the whole burger shop theme but it doesn't make the food better. One thing that was terrible and actually unbelievable to me is that I threw away my butterfinger shake. I've never thrown away a shake in my entire 49 years of existence. Wow. It was actually that bad though. I'm sorry but I'm just being honest. I've had way, way better. Some people will eat anything and call it yummy. This is not.

Great restaurant. You can eat what you want. The restaurant is not expensive and there are sometimes happy hours, and then everything is 50% off. If you'll visit this restaurant, you should try the shakes. The shakes are good and there is a big menu to choose from. Hope you know something more about this restaurant ;)

Had an amazing experience at the Steak & Shake in Seymour In. It was 2:30am. The lobby was basically full. Just had one waitress working poor girl. She (Sylvia) rocked it like a boss with a smile the whole time. Food was great. Store was clean.

Food was good, but we were seated at a dirty table. Waitress also didn't put our coupon discount on the ticket. Posted pictures of rings visible on our table. The food is always good, but the service and cleanliness are hit and miss. So gave it two stars for the dirty table and lazy waitress. *EDIT* Went back recently and the food was great. Was one waiter only working the floor, but I felt looked after and taken care of. Checked on me several times and had one meal there, and another for take out waiting for me when I paid my tab. The place looked clean compared to past visits and seems to have improved some. I'm hoping this is a permanent thing and not temporary. Good work and nice improvement.

Food is always fresh but you need to be sure you have a good 25 minutes to a half hour to get your food through the drive thru.
