Food: Being a vegetarian, their Mediterranean sandwich is mouth watering. Combine that with chips or their famous shakes and you get a mouthful of happiness! Shake recommendation: Coffee and Oreo shake! I used to have those even in the cold winters

I like Potbelly. Sometimes I Jones for it. This location no longer serves Pepsi. Probably for the best as soda is terrible for mammals. I can't give a big chain five stars. I'm sorry. I'm that guy. So, yeah, I recommend them. As for sandwich chains pretty much only JJ's and potbelly are edible to me.

Sierra is a new worker. She is great. Super nice and very helpful. She know everything about the menu and help me pick out the perfect sandwich. Now I always get that sandwich but I wouldn’t have know about it if it wasn’t for her. What a great experience to change my life for improve.

I went during lunch rush, and the wait was horrible. They also lost my order. But all that being said, they handled it well. The manager began handing out free drinks to those customers who were waiting. He was very responsive to the needs of the customers, and overall the customer service was excellent even though the wait was long. Nice people with a good environment, and the sub was worth the wait and confusion.

Good food and friendly staff, line can get long because of the college students but moves relatively quickly
