Is it even possible to give a place 0 stars? I wish. The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I tried to give them three shots. I love Subway, but I will NEVER EVER EVER go here again. Below is an outline of my three stops here since I moved to IC in August. 1.) The messiest sandwich I've ever had. I didn't think you could screw that up. The worker also seemed either very high or just out of it. 2.) I decided to go again because I was really hungry for a sandwich. I pulled up and two of the workers were smoking in the car. No one was inside. 3.) There was only one person working at the front while the other worker chilled in the back pretending to not hear his coworker. Four people waiting in line and he couldn't even come out to help? . Please get a new crew working here. It's a great location, but completely awful.

I love subway, but I dread going to this one during my lunch breaks. The customer service is awful. I work in retail so I get the whole "difficult customers are the worst" thing, and I promise I'm not trying to be difficult, but the poor service is starting to affect the food now. I mean... my sandwich literally crumbled in front of me. It had to have been super stale before hand, then I asked for it toasted (per usual). I got to work and had meat, veggies, and crumbs for lunch. I wish there was a spot to post pictures to show that I'm not over exaggerating.

I sincerely hope no one goes to this location. I threw out my sub the moment I left. They had mold on some of their veggies and some of the boxes they kept their meat and veggies were frozen over. Meat was extremely dry. Bread was stale, as the gentleman was making my sandwich, it was falling apart. I just don’t understand how they think it’s okay to give this food to their customers. I really hope a manager see this and takes control of improvement. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this left me sick to my stomach and I should have told the employees to just throw out my sandwich.

This place does not even have free WiFi. In fact they have no WiFi at all. I think they are still in the Dark Ages. Will not go there again unless I am really really hungry, because I can't even get WiFi on my phone or use my laptop after I finish eating

Same or worse every where you go. I don't shop there much.
