Great experience mediocre food. If you have kids this is a must go. The decor is fun and well themed. The trains that deliver your food and the hydrolic platforms are so exciting and fun but the food is nothing special. The chili was good but the burgers are dry and not very well flavored which should be the stars of the show. If they were to put a little more effort into the quality of the food this place would be amazing!

If I could rate less than ‘1’ I would. Dirty restaurant. Rude waiter who argued with us when they got the order wrong twice. No taste whatsoever with the food. You pay extra for fries, no free refills. I kindly shared my experience with the lady who took my money and she said, well do you want a free pop, I said, I don’t want anything free. I just wanted them to know. My 8 year old nephew loved the trains, that was the only plus, but he did t notice how dusty and dirty they were. Maybe it’s just this location that is this bad, but all of the neat shops surrounding it just didn’t mesh with this place. Yuck.

My family and i went to Fritz for the first time yesterday. They food wasn't bad kinda remind me of the old Griff's burger we used to have in our home town. I ordered a burger and onion rings. I was about to eat my second onion ring and I noticed a 5 inch hair that was hanging off from it it, going into the onion ring. I alerted the manager he apologized and brought me another order of onion rings. As someone that was raised by my Grandmother I never would ask for a hand out but as a customer service standpoint 10 percent off our meal would a good idea from the manager considering we had a 5 inch hair cooked into and hanging off my onion rings. On a good note the kids did like the trains and atmosphere of the place.

The experience was great. My kids loved this place! Food was ok, standard fast food fare. The unique experience of having our food delivered by train was great! Only negative was we didn't realize fries didn't come with our burgers. Oh well.

2 stars is me being generous. The food was horrible. I didn't even eat more than 2 bites... It was that bad. My sandwich was so dry, the Mayo tasted sour/was yellowish & the fries were stale. The prices seem great at first glance but don't be fooled! Anything that you add costs extra (cheese, lettuce, fries...). The customer service is rude & short. I would say the only thing good about this place was the shakes & the trains.
