We just came to get lunch and when we ordered the cashier charged us a different price that what is listed on their menu, which is right there behind the cashier. When we asked about it the cashier said that the whole menu board is wrong but there is no note or mention of a menu change before, nor did they mark the prices correctly on the board. When we asked to have the advertised price she said there was nothing she could do. A manager came up and gave us a refund and re-ordered our food at the price on the menu and was very nice. If you plan to visit here soon, just make sure you are being charged the correct price. I have never had any complaints about the food though. It is always up to par with the company standard.

We waited 45 minutes to pick up our to-go order. When we got it, the fries were piping hot and soaked with grease that I burned myself through the bag but the wings were stone cold. The service sucks and always has. We probably won't be coming back. The workers have no motivation, they're slinking and moping around which is making the vibe there weird and awkward. They also charged us wrong and the woman gave an attitude when I simply asked about it. She said oh, well the board has the wrong prices on it. She said "well, I mean, I can't really do anything. You can cancel your order if you want." At that point I asked if a manager could fix the price for us. She rolled her eyes and yelled to the back that "This customer isn't happy with the prices". WHAT?! Haha! The manager came up and said that he would be happy to fix the prices, he was sorry for the misadvertisement, and he hopes we enjoy our meal. He was lovely, the rude lady at the front was a downer but Oh well.

I've ordered from this Wingstop multiple times. On average if you place your order online it will be ready a little bit later then the website says. That isn't this Wingstop's fault as the website doesn't account for the current customers at the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I've only ever had my order messed up once and it wasn't even truly messed up. I'm not sure how other Wingstop's match up but that staff at this one are what truly make it.

Had bad customer service and received a gift card because of it. Their gift card machine has been down for several months now, so we have never been able to use our gift card. One night we figured we would go anyway and as we placed our order they proceeded to tell us they were all out of boneless wings. I honestly don't think this place could be any worse.
