Excellent! Huge selection, great salad bar, awesome desserts, all you can eat crab (warm and cold), clams, crawfish, Mongolian grill, roast beef, ham, great side dishes, and breads. Hard working staff, polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet is just as terrific. Well worth the money. If you join the players club at the casino, and spend time there gaming, they will send coupons good for free buffets for two!

The very first time we came here, we weren't impressed with it much. I didn't remember anything I liked. The next time we came, my mother had two free buffet coupons. This time we had a really great time. Fish was amazing. Food good temperature. The atmosphere was very cozy. The availability of food was always in full, barely had to wait on anything to be put back out. Our waitress was always available.

The service was excellent but I was disappointed in the food. The prime rib was tough, the crab legs were hard to peel couldn't get the meat out. I think the food should be better quality for this price point.

Best buffet in Shreveport. The crab legs are are cooked and not on ice like other buffets. Ribs are on point. And great dessert section. The fresh made funnel cakes are of the chain!

Our friends wanted to try the World Tour Buffet since it was the newest in town, so the four of us went there. It was $27.99/each for dinner, so we expected it to be really great. They did have fresh crawfish, which the other casino buffets were either charging an extra $7 for or had similar pricing. The crawfish was good, but we have had better. The buffet was not being kept up well, so dishes were running out. Not what we expect for $28 each. Our server was OK, picking up used plates but not always there to refill drinks. The food was good, but not up to the price. I don't think any of us will go again unless we hear the quality has improved to match the price.
