These guys make delicious burritos and I would love to give them 5 stars.... BUT they’re extremely lacking on whichever protein you choose. I ordered a steak burrito and only saw a few speckles of meat inside. I make tacos at home that are larger than these burritos. Word on the streets is this place is known for making burritos loaded with meat and the size of your arm. I’d like to go back and see them live up to that legacy.

Very good food but the restaurant is very small, only four tables.

We stumbled upon Mateos Hacienda while enjoying a ride thru Bath. What a great find. The tacos are great and the burrito weighed at least a pound. Try the mango habanero salsa for a tasty hot kick. Highly recommend this place.

Best burrito in the area! All fresh ingredients prepared right there in the restaurant for your eating pleasure. I could and have eaten there multiple times a week and every time it's great, even if I get the same burrito it's always full of flavor and leaving me wanting more. And don't forget the corn chips also made in house! Love love love Mateo's
