Overrated, expensive and arrogant service. That there are crowds and long waits (on weekends) really continues to surprise me. An opportunity for sure for competitors to move into the area.

Delicious food, nice service but you need to call in advance if the waiting time is not an issue for you. Large menu though , sometimes it is hard to decided what to eat but I love the food.

Long waits for this Cheesecake Factory as it's quite busy. The large portions, friendly staff, and consistency with the other Cheesecake Factories makes it a great place to grab brunch or dinner. Make sure to go early or you will have to go shopping around the mall for at least an hour.

We were hoping to celebrate an occasion, by having dinner for two families on a Saturday night. I called on Friday but was told they don't take reservations for after 5pm. They said we can just walk in, and the wait time would be 15-20 minutes. So we made plans, everyone dressed up and I went there a little earlier to make sure we get a table. Much to my dismay, they said the wait time would be around 2 hours... We decided to move on to another place, which is not easy on a Saturday evening with no reservations. We ended up going all the way to Coolidge Corner. Hassle and disappointment, running around with hungry kids, because the CCF does not take evening reservations, and does not communicate accurately to set realistic expectations. We didn't get to experience the restaurant, maybe we'll try again some other time, not in the evening...

Best place to ignore you! Or maybe they where so busy so they forgot to come to take the order! I called the waiter 2 times to place the order for the appetizer... But after 45 minutes he didn't come to get the order for the table... I assume they where so busy during the week on a Wednesday night!!!
