First time at the Detroit, MI shake shack and I was not disappointed. Can be deceiving by the longer lines but that is only a sign of return customers. Food was amazing, and shakes are a must. The order line went fast and my food was prepared quickly while I waited in the what looks like brand new location. Highly recommend, you will not be dissapointed. If in a hurry, order ahead app works great too to skip the line.

This was my first time here and I will come back for multiple reasons but the main one would be because of the staff member Gloria! She was so amazing and sweet. The food was amazing too. I highly recommend the fries and the shack stack! Yum!

I've been here twice. The first time I went I got a burger. Don't get the burgers, it was swimming in grease, like my hands were covered in grease. I also had a concrete, which is good but for the price and size not worth it. I will say the make amazing milkshakes. There apple pie milkshake is delicious! A bit too sweet but still really good. The second time i went I got the chicken sandwich. Really good! It was actually really chicken meat too. So that was a welcomed surprised.

Great quick service. You always get what toy ask for. Shakes are surprisingly perfect in the sense that they Are not super sweet or too thick. I thought they were just perfect. Also great job with the refurbished tables. Great sustainable move.

Limited menu for non-burger eaters. Would be nice if they had chicken fingers. Tasty burgers, but a bit small. fries could have been much better quality. Five Guys have the best fries. It's a bit pricey in comparison to Five Guys as well, especially considering food portions. The shakes are very delicious. That was the highlight of the meal. Atmosphere very casual. Need to add a bathroom, so that ladies and gents can have their own. They only have one and it's unisex, which is kind of gross. Overall it was a decent dining experience.
