We ordered chicken to go because all the restaurants were packed due to st. Patrick's Day festivities. The chicken was perfect upon arrival. So nice that they don't make the chicken before you order therefore making it fresh. We got the chicken fingers and potatoes and the box was so full you couldn't close it. Yes it's a little more pricey than chicken in the area but well worth it because of the freshness and the amount. And the service is also stellar, as they made sure to understand my request.

Great tasting chicken. Somehow I really don't appreciate 8.50 for a wing and breast unless it's large. It took 20 minutes for the order and I left hungry. Years ago I'd eat there regularly, a few times a week. Now it's maybe once a year since the portions are so small, especially for the price. I'd still grumble about $8.50 for lunch but wouldn't be angry if it was the old sizes, about double the size of today. Okay, you have a choice of side, I chose broasted potatoes, which were warm, not hot or cold, warm. There's also a small roll which is tasty. So, while I like the taste, it's definitely not a good value. At my age I don't eat much but I should not be leaving hungry. Not recommend, sorry, even if it's my town and want to keep business here.

Always great food made fresh. Lunch time wait is 10 mins sometimes but super hot and fresh fried food. Good lunch deals, you'll leave full. Pepsicola, not coke establishment.

Seems like the prices go up every time I come in. Still good chicken though. Update, plus when you order a 16 piece and get home to find it's a 15 piece, not cool. Still good though.

Love this place. This is my favorite location of the whole chain. Service just a little slow but it worth it in the end when they bring out the delicious food, when i describe Chicken Shack its always "Heaven on earth"
