TGI Friday's at this location was not busy before dinner rush, which was great. The service was fast and accurate, the food was hot and tasty, and the staff was friendly even as our waitress was training a new waitress. The appetizers were very good and got there well before the dinner arrived, and the drinks we had were great, some flavors we never had at a restaurant before. The burgers were juicy and done just as we ordered them. Highly recommend this location.

Wife and I went there to try the beyond meat burger. We would recommend it as a meat alternative. I would have given the place 5 stars but I went to the restroom to wash my hands after eating and almost started gagging immediately. I've been in locker rooms that smelled like a mid spring breezy meadow compared to this place. It was 5pm on a Saturday and it smelled like stale 3 day old piss. Avoid the restrooms and you'll be fine.

I love the food and drinks. They're kinda expensive but the taste of food on Hall Rd was great... I gave them a 4 because I seat at the bar and no one recognized me. Another customer had to say this women been seating here a few minute and no one took here order. Before they even asked if I wanted something they kept walking by like I wasn't seating there. But afterwards my server was very attentive.

The JD Chicken sandwich and JD ribs were delicious. Ordered online to take both home as carry out. They were well packed, cooked perfectly. This location is typically much better than the one on van dyke in Sterling heights.

Very poor service tonight! Bar was understaffed and each person we called over to try and get our orders made sure to tell us about it.. The new girl actually said " I'm a trainee and I keep getting my ass chewed!". All info we didn't need to know. There was a supposed manager helping with the rush and at the end of a very disappointing experience, all she could say was sorry, too. No offer to make it right at all. We sat at the bar next to un-bussed dishes the whole time we were there. To add insult to injury the other manager from the kitchen was yelling loudly enough to be heard and came out a few times to reprimand the servers right in front of the customers. The man next to us had an order brought out incorrectly and the couple behind us gave their food back and left without finishing their meal. It is a shame that not only the service staff but the managers have such a poor work ethic. We will not be going back!
