We had a really pleasurable experience at the, Red Lobster. Firstly the atmosphere is perfect. You've got your booth with back ground music soft enough to talk to each other, but loud enough to keep the conversation private. The food was absolutely fantastic. Lobster that tasted fresh from the sea and filet that was so soft it melt in your mouth. The mushroom and green bean side was stunning. The service was friendly, well informed and not over eager. In my book worth a visit every month until you're through the menu and then start again. Keep doing what you're doing.

Almost everything here is cooked from frozen food. Barely anything is fresh. The prices don't justify the taste. Even the fresh stuff is mediocre at best. However, the staff was great! Everyone checked on me, not just my waitress. It seemed as if everyone wanted me happy. I don't blame the cooks for the food I blame the corporation and how they have changed things over the decades. Also from what my wife says the drinks are great! I didn't use the restrooms so I can't comment on them but it seemed as if the restaurant was clean.

The quality of the seafood has gone down, the portions have gotten smaller, and the prices have only increased. I had I believe the captains platter (cost was around $30) & should have taken a picture. The lobster tail was ok in size, however; the shrimp we're WAY smaller than I have ever had (smaller than when the all you can eat shrimp special is run), & the one (1) crab leg cluster on the "platter" had 4 small legs. Basically, the cluster base and top of the 4 legs was the only part that had any crab meat. I love seafood and Red Lobster usually. However; this visit was one of the worst Captains Platter dinners I have ever had at age 56. Also, it was the first time I ate everything on the platter and left the restaurant still hungry...and it's not like I'm a huge eater at 5'7" & 130 lbs.! I FIND IT HARD TO COMPREHEND I HAD ONE OF THE LARGEST DINNERS COSTING CLOSE TO $30 & I LEFT THE RESTAURANT STILL HUNGRY! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN RED LOBSTER... FOR $30 I CAN MAKE THE SAME DINNER ITEMS ON THE CAPTAINS PLATTER AT HOME WITH ALMOST TWICE THE AMOUNT OF SEAFOOD AND NOT STILL BE HUNGRY WHEN DONE EATING!

Fresh fish of the day is a bit too pricey. The rest of the menu is fine. And They change their menu often. Service is decent. Portions are still good. Slightly less than what they used to be. I go there a lot. Especially when close to Lakeside

The food is cooked fresh. And the variety is amazing. My daughter and I go eat there as much as two - three times a week. The service is outstanding. We love Red Lobster.
