I stayed the weekend here with friends in a double queen suite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but regulating the temperature was difficult. The air conditioning unit was on the far side of the room and was ineffective at circulating to the other side. Luckily, we had a small fan along and were able to cool both sides of the room. Also, the bathroom is tiny and has no fan, so if everyone is showering after swimming, expect it to become a sauna. Breakfast was free and more than a typical continental set-up, so this was a nice added bonus.

This is not the place to take your children. The water park is outdated and they hire inexperienced children as pool guards. At times they only have 1-2 guard/ pool watchers for the whole park. They are on their phones or talking to one another. Food is stale, old, and overpriced. I spoke to the general manager of the hotel a few times to complain and she never apologized or had the issue corrected. The last time I was there there was a male pool manager and he got things done when I told him the issue. He did explain the situation and was clear. He was great, but he no longer is employed there and everything went back to the toilet. This place needs to be updated and get better management.

Room was great! Water park was great. The breakfast attendant was rude, slow and acted like we were bothering her. If a person is that miserable they should probably not be in a customer service position. Also my daughter asked for the 10 punch card to get a 100$ reward card. She was told that it was really just for businesses. Nowhere in the pamphlet does it say this. The front desk attendant asked if we come there frequently. After my daughter responded yes she was then given a punch card.

I attended an educational seminar. The hotel area I seen was clean & quiet. The only complaint was the attached restaurant wasn't able to adequately those of us who chose to eat there. I even ordered a salad thinking that would be the faster option & it still took 40 mins to receive it.

Check in process slow. We asked for our group to be put together, same floor, rooms close to one another. They would not accommodate at all. 1/2 of our group didn't get to check in until after 4. Room was clean and well equipped. Beds are awful. There was a wedding there during our stay and kids running in halls until past midnight. Woke up to people arguing outside door at 2:30 am. Water park was very nice. Hotel was very accommodating for our birthday party. Room rates were not the same for everyone and room rates are a little high. You are not the metro area! Will not stay again.
