Tasty food, helpful service, and clean premises. I think the only thing I would ding them for is something not entirely in their control: parking. I usually find a parking space without having to hover around the parking lot for long, but the parking seems to be almost always nearly full. It's a "you get what it says on the tin" experience, but in a good way. This location is a positive representation of the company, and does good business. R.I.P. Sriracha. The new sauce is not as tasty, but I highly suspect this was an edict from on high, not this specific location's doing.

Extremely disappointed. Normally noodles and company is great but not last night. I went there around 6 last night and the girl at the register looked like she hated her job. I told her three times it was to go and she still rung it in for here. I came up to the register to ask if it was to go and she just turned and stared at me. Didn't even say a word. The lady who was putting the tickets together was a rockstar. Fast and efficient. Sadly the service wasn't great and the food wasn't much better. My pad Thai was dry and the steak was over cooked. I will not be returning to this location.

I come to this place regularly! Jim is amazing!! He makes every visit pleasant. Kids love him because he gets their order right every single time. Will continue coming as long as he is there.

I waited here for over 10 minutes today to get my online order because the online order cashier would not come up to me to greet me under the ONLINE ORDER SIGN. I watched my food sit and get cold because both cashiers AFTER 10 MINUTES would not greet me. I voiced my opinion to the cashier about it as “if someone would’ve greeted me I would not have had my food sit there for 10 minutes and get cold” and I didn’t even get a thank you or I’m sorry. I hope a manager of the restaurant sees this review and talks to both young ladies that worked tonight. I know big chain companies don’t care when customers say this but I will not be returning to this location. I most likely will be calling tomorrow morning to voice my opinion on this horrible customer service as well.

I go to noodles often but this was my first time at this location. They got my order wrong but I didn't realize till I was already home. Also my pasta had barely any sauce on it. Still love noodles, just wont be back to this location which is to bad since its in my neighborhood.
