I've lived in Rosemount for 7 years and at first I loved this place (because of the stuffed crust pizza). I don' t know what they changed but they went from being pretty good to terrible. My kids asked that we never get pizza from here ever again.

Waited on hold for over 10 mins for someone with an accent to hang up on me. Garbage.

Last order was completely messed up. Ordered large pizza got 2 mediums cause they ran out ot large crust how does a pizza place run out of crust as they supposedly make themselves but apparently they don't. It was late and giving me stuff I didn't order and than get over charged. Than found out that they add a $5 tip on my credit had to argue with female manager about it to be told to come in any evening to credit come in not there. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND GET EXCUSES AND TRIED TO BLAME THE STAFF CARELESS ON THE CUSTOMER THE STAFF PUTING TIPS ON CUSTOMER RECEIPT.

We were about to go eat here and a guy working there thought it would be funny to very loudly scare my 5 year old. My kid was just waiting outside the store and this guy opens the door and screams at my kid. Not cool. I go in there and say we were about to eat there but they just lost our business. NO REMORSE. The guy just looks away. No apologie. He drives a white Dodge Avenger, I saw him pull out as we were leaving. Management, you need to fire this guy, he is loosing your company business.

Paid in advance, was out back and missed the delivery. Called to get things straightened out and was belittled by a lady who either didn't like working there or is just mean spirited. Won't be ordering from here again.
