I came to this store recently, and ordered two pizzas. While the pizzas are usually good here, the customer service here, although displayed by one person, was absolutely horrendous. I walked up to the counter, asked the young man at the counter, Keegan was his name, if there were any salads left without chicken. He slammed his hand down on the cash register, clearly annoyed with my question. He said that those were the only salads they had left. Usually when I come in, they make me a salad without the chicken. I said that to him, and he went back in the store and returned, telling me that there were no tops left for the salad, he clearly appeared lazy and unmotivated to complete the action. His co-worker, a very nice young lady, brought out a salad ready to go, with a top and everything. At the completion of the Garden Salad, we were not asked what dressing we wanted. While making light conversation with him, he seemed uninterested in what we had to say and clearly did not seem to pay any heed to what the customer wanted and performed his job poorly.

Worst Papa Murphy's in the Metro. Order a pizza over the phone and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walk in at the 15 minutes mark, no customers in store, no pizzas being made, no pizza on the rack already made. Two kids sitting in the back area. I asked for my pizza, they said they are about to make it. I get good service at every other Papa Murphy's but the Rosemount store is terrible. I never write negative reviews but this was probably my fifth bad experience.

The pizza here is the same quality as all other Papa Murphy's. The service here over the past year has become miserable. Employees often get orders wrong and when you ask them to correct it they do so grudgingly. In the past I ordered pizza from here weekly but will no longer come to this location due to their lack of quality service. Go here only if you can't get to another Papa Murphy's in the area. If you do, make sure you watch them as they make your pizza and don't count on it being correct if you call in an order.

called in and still waited 20 mins. Staff needs new training majorly. One staff with longer hair no hat or anything

The pizza is always good, but the staff here need a better system. I get my order ahead of people that ordered before I even got there. Every time I go, some customer is grumbling about the service.
