Very nice folks and very accommodating. I came in late on a Sunday night when the kitchen was getting ready to close up for the night. I was really hungry and I don't drink. The bartender could have easily brushed me off especially on a Sunday night also knowing that I was just going to have water. He took great care in letting me know it was no trouble at all. Ended up having a great meal and watched a great hockey game. This is the kind of place you don't think twice about returning to. Nice friendly staff and good food.

I've been here once and loved the food, but really hated the service. I'll probably give it another try eventually, but 2 of the 4 people I was with said they wouldn't be coming back. Our waitress rarely checked on our table or came by for more drinks/refills. The only employees we could see were some younger looking girls who stood in the corner chatting, doing stuff on their phones, and ignoring customers. If I go back I hope the service and impressions the employees give off have improved.

We were excited to try this place. Heard mixed reviews from friends. Walked in just as a server was by the front door. Got seated right away. He also took our drink order. Nice guy. Looking over the menu I was looking around and observing. Noticed an employee (assumed he was, he had the same staff shirt on) sitting at the bar drinking, and a waitress was talking with him pretty loudly. There was some personal stuff going on. (Will not put it on here). I guess I personally think in an establishment like this, staff should change cloths if they are drinking at the bar, and personal issues should not be talked about loud enough for customers to hear. We ordered our food same guy that seated us...(He was the only one doing anything) The other staff was standing around doing very little, this guys was bartending, hosting, seating, wait-staffing. Food was TERRIFIC-- I appreciate that the staff member making my dinner salad put on gloves. Especially since I was looking right at her. I cant say the same thing for the guys in the kitchen. Using the same towel to wipe up a mess and also wiping your hands off, then touching peoples food.. YUCK.. I will go back because the food was really good, but I hope I will see things differently or be able to ignore them..

What a great place for food and drink. Small town charm with larger city offerings. Had a delightful meal and service.

Had Alicia as a server tonight. She's incredible. Not sure if I should call in to tell someone how great she is but I may need too. She made the entire experience much better. Food was great as well but she was definitely better. Thank you Alicia!
