Good food, good service. The prices are a touch high for being a burger joint. Smash burger also offers shakes and salads.

I like Smashburger. The Smash tots are great. I had the black bean burger with buffalo and blue cheese on an onion bun. Very good flavor.

This is the worst Smashburger location I have been to. The last two times I have been here the manager has just been on her cell phone while one employee tried to help everyone in line. The drink station was absolutely disgusting!! Trying to find a clean table was impossible. I eventually had to bus my own table and wipe it down. It wasn’t until someone pointed out the lack of clean tables that the manager got off her phone and bussed a few tables. She didn’t even bother to wipe them down or anything. I ordered an Oreo shake which was disgusting. It was basically milk with some Oreos in it. I can say that I will never come back again.

The food is great, but the service is terrible. Lately, it’s reached the point of being the worst service I’ve ever received. The lines were long and the people at the cash register clearly didn’t know how to use it. They were clumsy, bored, and just didn’t care at all. They got my order wrong too, after I waited for 50 minutes. This has happened more than once. On weekends and weekdays, they’re both bad.

Had high hopes for this place what with Haagen Daz ice cream shakes. The food and shake were disappointing - not a very flavorful burger and the shake was no better than a DQ shake.
