After a heavy snowfall the other day, there is a lot of ice on the sidewalk outside. The female Kitchen manager saw an elderly woman walking in from the parking lot and obviously knew it could potentially be hazardous. The manager went outside and escorted the elderly woman all the way into the business. That type of care and compassion should be recognized because I am sure it was very appreciated. On top of the wonderful manager, our waitress Tammi was wonderful and pleasant. Thank you for restoring a little faith back into humanity.

Wonderful Service!! The staff has gone above and beyond each time I've been here. I bring two elderly friends both in wheelchairs and each time I'm there, one or more people offer to assist with doors and chairs. Extremely patient staff as sometimes my elders take a long time to decide and quite frequently change their minds two to three times while ordering. Save room for pie!

Typical American food, well done and family friendly. Staff are welcoming, service is fast, and of course the selection of pies is overwhelmingly good. The artisan meals are a great buy that change with the seasons. A good place for a casual quick bite.

Always love their food - and pie, of course! I'm used to exceptional service at this location, but this time the service was a little off. Nothing worth actually complaining about, but enough to not be the five stars it usually is. I'll probably be back there in a couple weeks, cause we really like it and my parents keep getting coupons. :-)

Love it! The Highland Park Location is an amazing restuarant. Clean and cozy all at once. Make sure to tip your waitresses!
