Some time places have problems, yes Dq machines which supply frozen treats don't work.. The employees were trying to get the soft serve running, it was not.... they looked nervous with all the customers piling up but, were doing their best to get it going. I give them credit in a stressful situation, they handle it well, they quickly change machines. Yes, it was in covenant, but unfortunately not everything goes smoothly.. so we apology for anything that was wrong, remember if you are unhappy come see us and we will be happy to help or fix the problem. We value our customers. This location is very roomy there are outside tables and a loft that seats 30-40 people... don't know why anyone would say it isn't

Probably the worst DQ ever. The employees mess around, DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Plus service is horrible. Takes them 30 mins. to put together a burger, if they can even manage that. Usually the burger is so lazily put together that the ingredients aren't even on the burger anymore. The food still taste good I guess. But I bet eating here with a weak immune system would kill you because these workers have never heard of "washing your hands". Needs an inspector STAT! Horrible service, idiot employees and very, very loud and rude managers. Even the building itself is disgusting, not clean, and just really gross.

I wasn't at Dairy Queen.... I was getting my haircut at In Style! And they are great!

Always have had good food here. Drive in staff friendly. Behind counter staff seemed overwhelmed. Not bad spot.

Been going to this dairy for over 30 years. Lately it's become quite a dive. Very slow service. Needs new management
