Awesome place to Eat, and gather for special occasions. We ate Red Robin for my kiddos 8th birthday there service is great, timely, and efficient. Employees are always happy, and excellent service is provided always. I have had dinner here a lot over the past couple years. Very family oriented, and awesome eats cant get better than that!

This location was great. My only complaint was it was too cool inside especially since its winter. A cold atmosphere cools down the food too fast, so that wasn't nice. The pub Mac n cheese I ordered wasn't great but the server was very awesome! I enjoyed this place.

The food is flavorful, good selection, endless fries (what everyone needs, right?), and the environment is kind of playful and fun. Nice bar area, and my usual server Audrey is great -- so tip 20% -- and good price on the lunch special. Let me add that "gourmet" is incorrect. I really, really dislike people using it unless the restaurant TRULY offers gourmet food. But hey, Jimmy John's bills itself as a gourmet sandwich shop; this is America, you can say anything.

The folks were great, service was good...the only complaint I have is the fact that when I spend $8 or more for a burger and it isnt over a 1/4 of an inch thick. I can go to McDonald for that that. When you ask how you want it cooked, you have to have a dendity to prepare it that way. They load you up on fries and buns, but nothing to sink your teeth into so to speak. I will still go back because they offer a variety in condiments, but what happened to the days when a hamburger had some weight to it?

Onion rings were delicious. My hamburger and fries were perfect. My waiter was very nice. Great experience for a first time visit!
