I love Cane's but this location is pretty terrible. Probably 3/5 times they screw something up. I generally just leave the review on their customer satisfaction survey but they didn't give me the right receipt this time with the survey code so I'm leaving a review here this time. Before, I have waited 24 minutes for my food, not been given the extra Cane's sauce that I paid for and was on the receipt, and once I ordered a Box combo (which is listed as a 4 piece) and only received 3 pieces. Today, they didn't put my Cole Slaw in the box. I think I'm done with this location. 2 stars because the food that you do get is good, you just may not get it all, you may have to wait a long time, and you probably will not receive a smile with your service. Other Cane's locations have much better and more accurate service so it's not the company, it's just this location. Edit: 1/22/18 - I have revisited this location several times because I love Cane's and my coworkers do too. They seem to have gotten much better in the past few months. I had originally given them 2/5 stars but they have been much friendlier and haven't messed up my order in a few months. It seems like whatever they are doing now is working.

I visited about a month after it opened, and even that late in the game it was a doodlefest. A five minute wait to order, another 10 minutes to get your food. As a topper I (nor my two friends) felt the chicken was flavorful. We all remarked it independently. The staff plainly were not adequately trained. Three swings, three misses. There's a -good- fast food chicken restaurant a stone's throw away. Why go here?

My kids love their chicken and sauce. It is great for what it is. A chicken tender place. But beware if you are looking for anything else, they do not have any other options, no salads, nothing. Just chicken and fries.

The male manager is very nice but I wouldn’t talk to the female one. They are very suspicious of fake money and I had to call them to find out if it was fake to get it back it wasn’t fake. Then when they are suspicious of you all the employees go in the back and talk about you thinking you are a bad person when you don’t expect to be accused of having fake money anyway. Just be careful when you give them a twenty
