It's cheap in all aspects. The smell in the restaurant is so bad that I cannot stand anymore. Food is also bad.

Great service, and the only fast food location that still has Root Beer.

I love Taco Bell's food BUT Rolla's Taco Bell has become horrible lately. Sometimes they're out of things like hard taco shells (really?) And every time we've gone in the past couple of months, our order has been missing items. Last night we were missing a burrito and then the items we did get were missing tomatoes and sour cream and the rest was only in half of the shell. The other half was empty. And last but not least, placing your order online is pointless because they don't start making the food until you get there and then don't give you a receipt so when your order is wrong, they won't believe you therefore won't fix it. Make sure you check it at the counter or window before leaving or else you'll be screwed. They advertise that if you work there you get to work with your friends so the workers just hang out with their friends and family instead of making sure they're doing their job correctly. And the friends/family tell you to go sit down cause it's going to be a while. Smh! Sure wish the managers or owners would get this place together!

Every other Taco Bell I've been to has messed up my order at least once (7 layer burrito, no sour cream and no cheese), but this one makes it perfect! And they actually know how to layer the burritos so that you don't get one bite of just guacamole, for example. Thanks guys!

Wow dude. Just wow never in my LIFE have I been treated so terribly in a drive thru window. I expect things like that from McDonald's. Not Taco Bell. That place is sacred to me. :'( first off, i tend to have difficult orders when I'm really hungry. Tonight was one of those nights, therefore, i thought it would save everyone time and save everyone involved a headache by leaning over my sister and ordered my food myself instead of relaying to her what i wanted for her to tell the peraon on the headset what i wanted. So my sister ordered her food, and then i leaned over to tell her my order. I was speaking loudly so she could hear me on the speaker. I said: "I would like a cravings deal, please." The girl asked me what drink i wanted. I told her. I proceeded to tell her I didn't want lettuce, onions, or sour cream on anything. She asked me for my drink order again. So i told her the drink...again...then they switched people. So I had to tell it all over again to her, but this time the girl at window actually told me I had an attitude. I was just like wow really? Well my sister got pissed, and by the time we got to the window, she was ready. We got the food, and this is how it went: Siater: "What's your name?" Girl At Window: "Does it matter?" S: "Yes it does." GAW: "I don't want to tell you that." S: "Can you give me the number to corporate then?" GAW: "No. I'm not equipped with that number." S: "Can I at least speak to a manager?" GAW: "You already did." (Slams window shut) Then another lady, I'm assuming the manager came to the window to talk: New Lady: "I'm actually the one you spoke with on the speaker." S: " Ok. Can I have the number to corporate?" NL: "It's on the back of the reciept." S: "Ok. Thank you." Me: (as I'm checking my food) "There's lettuce on my taco." NL: " Well I'm the one who made your food." Me: " Ok. I really dont like lettuce." NL: " I can remake it for you." Me: " Thank you." S: " The phone number isn't on the reciept." NL " That's all I'm allowed to say." (Slams glass) Then a guy comes to the window Guy: "Can I help you?" : "The lady told me the number for corperate was on the back of the reciept, and it's not." G: (As he's cutting the last 3 words of my sister's off) "1800tacobell is the phone number otherwise you need to use the website. Also we're a franchise not corperate." S: "Is that who I complain too?" G: " Yep. You ladies have a nice night." (Slams glass) Once again, worst taco bell trip of my life!!! Im fixing to share this post to the Taco Bell facebook page, im leaving this as a google review, and we're still calling corperate in the morning. Never in my life have i delt with such rudeness on a drive thru!! Very disappointing.
