The last three times we have been to brass rail, we have had the same bad experience. We have a party of nine. The hostesses do not smile and are rude. We waited at least 45 minutes for a table with a call ahead. The table was free when we got there, but all three times we were offered different excuses. The first time was there were other big tables so we wouldn’t get our food in a timely manner . The next time we were told another phony excuse. It is too bad because the food is good and the waiters and waitresses are great. I think we are done dining there. Poor management

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered lunch delivered to my work. When it arrived I did not get what I had ordered which was the crab cake app. that the MENU online states you get 2 for $14.00. After calling and talking to Noel and Melissa I was told that the menu is wrong and I was only getting one. After asking them to refund my money or provide me with the items I paid for Melissa informed me that they will be coming back up to my work and talking the food back!!!! What kind of place is this??? The menu clearly states Our Famous Crab Cake 2 per order Classic Maryland style crab cake, served with Cajun Remoulade. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!

Just want that great and way over priced. The "jumbo" shrimp are far from jumbo plus the shrimp were dry and over cooked. The steak toss should be classified as a salad, since that's what it is. It didn't even look appealing. Additionally, up charging sides when they are all grouped together as the menu is laid out is rather pathetic. We were up charged $1 for loaded mash (a $4 side) but nothing for the $5 dalal. Doesn't even make any sense to do that, not to mention poor business conduct. And to top it off, a server placed another tables entree on our table. When our server came by, she removed without saying anything and placed on the table behind us. Needless to say, we had our first and last visit all in the same trip.

The driver was extremely friendly and appreciate of me ordering through them. I had a slight problem with my order and talk to waitress and manager which was quickly resolved. I definitely would try out more menu items here unfortunately I don't live in the area.

Absolutely love Brass Rail! I started off ordering Brass Rail monthly for a work related event, and the food was so good, I told my wife "We have to go and eat here, you'll love it". We visited and since then both sides of our family enjoy gathering for dinner at Brass Rail often, sometimes multiple times a week. My favorite are the smoked wings. They are unbelievable, even ordered them for the Super Bowl last year. Also, the chicken dinner is excellent and your can't go wrong with the ribeye!
