We arrived at this Sonic at around 10 pm. At the drive through we were told that they were cleaning their machines and couldn't make any shakes or anything with ice cream but will be ready in 15 minutes. Seems a bit suspicious but went along with it. Ate at one of the stalls with the intention of grabbing some ice cream to go. 20 minutes later went through the drive through but it says that their system is done and will be up in 30 minutes. Driving past I saw all of the workers outside smoking just taking a break. Out of spite I stayed another 30 minutes to get my ice cream since I was already waiting 45 minutes before then. The ice cream ended up being great, but the place itself service-wise is pretty garbage.

They have probably one of the most extensive menus I've ever seen. Not lying! They always have hot food, and their car hops are always cordial and polite. If it weren't so expensive I would eat there more.

The only reason I come here is because they're open 24 hours. The service and the attitude of the employees is pretty poor. And every single time. Every single time I come here something gets forgotten. And then when I asked when something is forgotten they give me an attitude. And sadly it seems like nothing is getting done to fix this issue. No solution at all.

Sonic is the designated fast food restaurant to dump your girlfriend. Let her down easy by buying her a nice lemonade and tots after giving her the bad news.

Went around 200am. Wanted to get the half priced drinks after 8pm. They would not grant it due to the time. No where did I find an end time. Contacted corporate and they still have yet to reply.
