Terrible customer service; Ignored Gluten Free Needs

Perkins ignored my gluten free needs and then lied about compensating me when I went back for the compensating coupon promised. My take out pork chop meal with tip was $19.96 and with no gravy potatoes repeatedly requested covered in gravy that had spilled onto the pork chops and broccoli I had nothing to eat and could not return that night. I called immediately and was told I would be fully compensated just to come in. They had all of my pertinent information. When I was able to go in they had my information but refused full compensation for their error. I did everything they requested and was lied to. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order from there.

A very good location for a tasty breakfast. Also the large muffins are fun and filling. Lots of choices on the menu and pricing is decent. I enjoy the country sausage biscuit breakfast. Orange juice is a bit pricey though unfortunately. Service is pretty prompt and knowledgeable. There is sometimes a wait for a table but it usually isn’t too long except maybe on Sunday’s. Restaurant is well maintained and seating is comfortable. Location is great right on Highway 26. Parking is a bit limited.

While there are many place to choose from to eat. This is the best place for comfort food and a wonderful price. Everything looks like the photo and the wait staff is wonderful and friendly. This is our go to brunch spot for Saturday!

Place was extremely busy at lunch. Our large group met here for some business and was treated very professionally with staff working very hard. I think our group was close to 20 so on top of normal lunch crush, here comes twenty more at the same time! Appreciate the courteous service we received. Passed with flying colors. Will be back and highly recommend.

Good food and good service. Everytime Im in Scottsbluff I go to Perkins at least once. The family out here goes quite often as well.

Our visit was very good, food excellent. Our waitress, Brittany was fantastic, happy, smiling, joking with the old farts at the table, and stiil took our order with accuracy. Thank you, Brittany.
