The place was very nice and really enjoyed the food (though it felt a bit pricey for the portions). The Garden Skillet I had was tasty and perfect for a lunch dish but unfortunately not returning. I expected the restaurant to have given me even a slight discount after an entire tray of orange was dumped on me and family. Yes accidents happen. I get it. But the restaurant didn’t even attempt to be apologetic Which would have been the right thing if you wanted to keep a customer.

A really pretty space. Well designed and not loud. Food was excellent. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The owner is charming. Visited each table to say "thank you" and make sure everyone was happy. Will definitely return.

The executive chef apprenticed under Daniel Boulud. Gorgeous presentation and inventive twists on American cuisine, influenced by the multinational backgrounds of the owner and her chef. Stellar hospitality stems from the owner's philosophy on service, which she says comes naturally to her, citing the warmth and generosity intrinsic to Persian culture.

The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. I will be back for more. And the owner was very charming and attentive. I also like the design of the dining area.

My Zaferon Grill Experience I had my son’s Confirmation brunch reception at the Zaferon Grill in April 2018. Prior to getting in touch with the owner, Soody Nelson, I was stressed out, shopping around for restaurants that can host my event. Soody and her staff helped me put together a great party. Soody has a different approach than any of the restaurants that I spoke with. Soody provided an integrated experience, from putting together a menu that was suitable to my wide range of guests, including the floral arrangements, and the cake selection. I greatly appreciated her and the restaurant manager, Daniel Ghita’s advice on the various aspects of the party. She was very flexible and worked with me on the menu selection. She provided sound advice on what is appropriate for the age range of my guests. Her tremendous help greatly alleviated my stress on putting together this event for my son. On the day of the event, the restaurant was very clean and elegant but not stuffy. The food was phenomenal, healthy and at just the right portions for my guests. The music selection was very appropriate, and the wait staff were outstanding! In summary, my experience with Zaferon Grill, particularly with Soody Nelson and Daniel Ghita was so great, and was so easy! I would definitely recommend Zaferon Grill for your event or special occasion like mine 
