Burger was pretty good. Nice place, clean. Only reason I deducted one star is its pretty pricey for what it is. If you order a burger, fries, and a drink don't be surprised if it is almost $20

Usually great. Last time I ordered a burger crunchified and it didn't come with chips on top. Then I had to wait over an extra 6 minutes for the guy to bring me a side of chips to put on the burger myself while I watched him bringing out other people's food who ordered after me. Other than that it was good.

I have always been a regular Bobby’s customer but I’m afraid I won’t be going there as much anymore. This past weekend, my friends and I went there and tried to order a kids burger (as we have always done before with no complaints) but we were not able to order. They must have changed their management because there is a new manager, Jessica, who is very rude. She rudely denied us service and even unjustly kicked my friend out for wanting to know why we couldn’t order. She is not a good person. It’s a shame because I loved Bobby’s

We ordered our burgers and fries to go and it took about 20 minutes to get. Then when we got home we found we did not have our fries, they forgot the chips on my burger, and they forgot to put the top bun on my boyfriend's burger. I could forgive one or two of these but all three issues in one order is unacceptable. We immediately took the food back. The manager was understanding and refunded our order. The manager's behavior and the service we received from the young lady who took our order are why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

please keep the quality top notch so we can keep coming back, sometimes fries are a little overcooked but these are best burgers around when cooked just right, I like medium-well and recommend it with whatever style burger you like, possibly best burgers/onion rings in NJ, just fix the fries!
