It depends on the location. I ate at 1 in Newark before and the burgers are so greasy I couldn't even continue to eat them. Others that I have eaten at were perfectly fine such as the one in Howell New Jersey on Route 9 South.

It was good. I have memories of my grandmother and grandfather bringing us to the White Castle on Kennedy Blvd. In Jersey City when I was a kid. After church at St. John's. Its probably the first time I've had White Castle in 35 year's and it's exactly the same. So, so!!! Lol

I've been going to white castles, for over 30 years. Since the first day of eating there, I've always enjoyed the food. Love them.

First off, I haven't been to a White Castle since the early 00's... so the only way I can explain my craving was the Harold and Kumar effect, just craved it... no explanation. o_O So I drove there with my brother in law... and we ordered the 30 slider special... never in my life have I witnessed such slow movement from fast food employees... they seemed very casual, as if we told them that we wanted the order for a pick up tomorrow.... suffice it to say, we waited a while. About 15 minutes later, we got our order and left. The food isn't as great as I remembered. The fries and onion rings are 'okay.'

White Castle, a staple food around these parts and always good eats. Service and quality is usually the same across all stores. Food is always fresh made to order and hot. Not a worry when you see the White Castle.
