We have been going to El CID for many years and have never been disappointed. The food portions are very large and extremely good tasting. Tonight we had the three lobster platter and the shelled lobster and shrimp dishes which were outstanding. On weekends you can expect a wait as it is very popular and gets crowded. Prices are upscale, but the quality and quantity are well worth the fare. Must try.

Delicious food. Classic Spanish cuisine and decor. The sangria was excellent. I had the scallops and shrimp in green sauce. It was excellent. My only negative comment is that the service was a bit slow.

Best restaurant ever! Best and largest steak you'll get anywhere, probably five times the size of any steak you'll get anywhere else! Amazing Seafood portions are great on all items. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Much better quality food than any high-end restaurant I've ever been in!

OUTSTANDING, the red sangria is delicious, portions are huge. I would recommend sharing the rib eye steak with your partner. Shrimp in a garlic sauce appetizer was fantastic.

Great place, really good food, comfort food as well. Nice stake and lobster. Really good appetizers. I am a little disappointed with the bar, their Sungria is out of the big store bought bottle ( for Spanish restaurant that is unforgivable), and what up with cash only??? Be careful they don't take credit cards and reservations. Other than that it's a good place.
