NYC transplants... Food was delicious, We asked for everything to be very spicy... It was perfect! Much better than expected.

I used to like it a lot, although they like to seat you where they want you to seat. I went there this past Friday and in all truth I felt it was a little greasy our Duck Pat Thai.

Terrible service. After I was done eating the waitress was taking the plates. She dropped a knife on my hand and it left a mark. Didn’t say sorry or anything. So as we were leaving my sister told her that next time when something like this happens she should say sorry, but the waitress said she refused to acknowledge the fact that she dropped the knife!

As vegetarians, my wife and I enjoy Thai food for its very flavorful choices. Ridge Thai is one of 3 Thai restaurants we have tried in the area and its food is by far the best as they serve our dishes seasoned with complex spices and mixed with just the right balance of salt and sweet. Though the physical atmosphere may have something to be desired not so our server who each time has served up a presence of peace, happiness and tranquility which vastly improves the enjoyment of a good meal. It has been about three months since our last visit to this restaurant and I am writing this review while my wife is getting ready for dinner at Ridge Thai. OOPS, time to go. Be well!

Red Thai Curry with spice level 3 is delicious. Licked the plate until last scoop. Cheers Ridge Thai...
