Placed an order over the phone, was told to give them 12-15 minutes. I gave them 30 only to find out my order was never placed. When I got inside the restaurant and sat at the bar the bartender asked for my order, then the poor excuse of a manager did the same. The manager tried to make it seem as if my order was ready, took my debit card and disappeared for 15 minutes. He came back the first time to give me a bag and told me to check it - then walked away with my card still in his possession. I checked and to my dismay, the order was wrong and I was given extra food. He came back 10 minutes after that to give the people sitting across from me their order. Their order was wrong. He returned 15 minutes later and handed the woman sitting next to me her order. HER ORDER WAS WRONG. I then inquired the whereabouts of my card only to be told in a nasty tone that it was in the back. HE LEFT MY CARD UNATTENDED. He returned 5 minutes later with a long receipt and my card. Before handing over my card he asked what was in my bag with the food. I told him that it was wrong and took the items out. I then asked him how much my order was and he refused to tell me. After asking repeatedly, he then tells me that my card was never charged!! After almost an hour, a wrong order and disappearing with my card for a long period of time he claims to not have charged me. A horrible manager and even worse service. I will never eat at, nor will I order from Friday's in Scarsdale again. SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP.

Horrible customer service. Waited for 40 minutes for a waiter to bring menus . I expect this on the weekend but not the weekday (Wednesday). Place my order and the waiter brings the wrong order . Really bad dining experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Came in and waited 25 mins without a waiter coming by. Two people were seated next to us 15 mins in and a waiter stopped by to let them know he would be with them. This is how you lose business .
