My expectations are not very high for McDonald's so this rating is relative to my expectations. All I wanted was a 6 pc. nugget and sweet tea late at night. We got to the drive through at 11:30 and we didn't get our food until 12:03. You call this fast food?? I don't think so. It's a tough industry I'll give you that, but no excuse to wait 30+ minutes for some chicken nuggets.

I've always liked this McDonald's since I was a kid. So maybe there is some nostalgia bias in this review. But every time I have been here as an adult, I have been treated promptly and respectfully, and the food is as expected. No complaints here.

I agree with other reviewers who gave 1 star. When I asked for cup holders for my 3 drinks, one employee said "I'll bring it from back" and the other employee (manger?) said "we don't have it anymore." Fish sandwich has very little sauce and buttermilk crispy chicken wasn't crispy at all. Fountain drink has limited choice (no Hi-C) and they don't seem to clean the aluminum tap. I could see sticky gel on Dr. Pepper tap.

Awful. Workers are rude and they can't get anything right. Got our food and it was cold and the order was wrong. How hard is it? Has gone down hill since all of the management left. Sad really. I'd give it a 0 if I could. Go to the wolf road one instead. They know how to operate.

Didn't bother to try and get our order right. Was talking to co-worker in other language which was fine. Constantly lie about Their milkshake machine being broken.
