Horrible customer service. Staff members were unfriendly at best, and the line cook did not even roll my husbands burrito correctly. When we went to check out the girl was incredibly rude and rolled her eyse at us for no reason. Was shocked because this is out of the ordinary--other Moe's locations we have been had impeccable customer service. Its a shame because the food is good. We won't be going to the Latham,NY location again.

WORST service ever!! So slow, disinterested in caring at all what I want, the girl who cashed me out was so rude I wanted to throw the food and walk out. Don't do it!! Forty dollars later and the food is horrible too. Dry, old, really gross and I am not a review person. It was that bad and the service was the big problem. Restaff this location or plan in closing.

The person making the food was great, but there was one person at lunch doing everything!!! You should give that kid a raise!! The woman who is ringing customers out spent more time on the phone than she did helping customers! This is the 3rd time I've experienced this in this new store!

Best moes to get in and out of ! Food good and hot as well. People are friendly as well. Place is clean and never had any issues I've came across.

First all, the bathroom door does not latch so I was walked in upon. I also feel that the toppings that they give you, they have become very stingy with them. Some of the staff seem nice and kind while a majority of the other seem like they could care less and really don't want to work, or much less help you
