I've been a fan of this TGI Fridays for quite a while. Always love the service and the food there is super tasty! Nice outdoor seating near the mall and the wait staff is friendly too! I also like the fact that they have seating where you can see a whole view of the mall below! It really is breath-taking! Overall, love coming here!

The food was amazing and the staff were respectful. I went there yesterday and I got a waiter named Chris and he was funny and nice and he checked on us every time he came out to serve other people. If you ever go here ask for Chris. I ordered the endless apps and I was sad to see that they only have 5 items instead of 8. I tried the Garlic Parmesan Wings and it was delicious. Chris did a great job training Naomi... I AM COMING BACK THERE...

I visited on mother's day expecting a nice meal. However, the service was extremely bad. I waited over 15 minutes for a waiter to take an order and even longer to get a meal. Then the waiter lied to us saying that they ran out of the desert even though the manager said that he could go make it for us. Next time you plan on getting a nice meal with good service I do not recommend going to TGI Fridays at Pallisades Mall. If I could I would give it zero stars. Worst eating experience I ever could have.

Visited Sunday, March 18th and then again on Saturday, March 24th. Sole purpose for returning on the 25th was to have the Dragon Glaze Salmon dish w/ extra veggies again, which was impressively tasty and well prepared the first time, so had to have it again. Starting with the first visit, the hostess lacked any enthusiasm, and had a very sloppy appearance with messy hair and clothes to match. The waiter in charge of the section we were seated in let his frustration be known to the hostess that she was exceeding his table load, which she ignored. A server from another area was given to us, and so unfortunately he forgot about us a lot. Overall the food was good for that visit, slow service. The reason we will not be returning was because of our 3/25/18 visit. Our server was exhausted which she expressed to us first thing. Our appetizer was forgotten, but came out promptly upon us inquiring again about it. We got the mozzarella sticks, they were tasty. We ordered Dragon Glazed Salmon w/ extra veggies and the Philadelphia Cheese steak burger w/ sweet potato fries. Both were pitiful in appearance. The Dragon Glaze is described as a sweet and spicy GLAZE (not sauce) with mango pieces on the menu. What I got was a small salmon fillet ($18) completely DOUSED in BBQ SAUCE, yuck. The veggies were overcooked to the point of mush, and the broccoli was browning and old. The Cheese steak Burger was over-seasoned and the sweet potato fries were soggy- overall dish was a sad looking mess. I expressed my disappointment with the Salmon Dragon Glaze dish, considering I had it once before. I made it clear the BBQ sauce was a no-go, which the staff insisted multiple times it's just how the dish is prepared. They re-made the dish for me and this is what came out: A small salmon fillet doused in BBQ SAUCE, with essentially all uncooked greens. We were due to see a show at Levity Live (now running late to get seats), and the manager was never seen again. We don't plan on returning.
