The only good thing about this restaurant was the server who was attentive and apologetic! The food was horrible! I, along with 2 other members of our party had the Neptune steak and the steak tasted like liver. The butter on my baked potato never melted, because the potato was cold. My husband had the stuffed banana peppers that were not thoroughly cooked and the sausage in the stuffing tasted funky. He also had the broiled stuffed scallops that looked unappetizing, like they had never been broiled and were lukewarm. Other members of our party were not happy with their steaks that were overcooked and tasteless (better to have no taste than taste like liver.) The manager was present and never spoke to us. When he was approached by one of the gentleman in our party, when we were leaving, he was rude and condescending. Don't waste your money at this establishment.

Good food one time, not so good next time. When Garlocks owned it in 90s the prime rib was as good as Vegas food. Not so anymore. Got warmed over potatoes several times.

Portions were small. Ribs were tough and spoiled tasting. Unable to eat. No offer of refund. Offer of sandwich instead.

Extremely disappointing experience at Garlocks last Friday. While the meal started off promising with a tasty seafood bisque, it all went downhill from there. The salad was absolutely swimming in dressing. So much so that only one in our group was able to eat their salad. I was excited to order the Haddock topped with Parmesan cheese, but sorely disappointed when I had to virtually saw into my fish and found that it was frozen solid. What does that tell you? It tells me that for certain they don't test the internal temperature of the food before serving. The waitress apologized and took the fish back. By the time she brought the fully cooked fish back everyone at the table had finished their meals and dishes removed from the table. Nothing more turns my stomach than uncooked fish. The twice baked potatoes were tasteless and the garlic toast was mediocre at best. We were charged full price for the fish and nothing other than a nice apology from our waitress. I guess it's funny that they refer to themselves as a fine-dining restaurant.
