We have a hit or miss experience here; sometimes we have high wait times sometimes we don't. Sometimes the servers are very on point and sometimes we wonder where they went. We did try their online reservation thing, through their own website and upon arrival our reservation was nowhere to be found and we had another wait. There were no apologies or accommodations and the hostess/es seemed clueless and overwhelmed. We did however have an amazing server named Tonya. If you are lucky enough to have her, your visit will feel fantastic.

Busy all the time but the food is rich and consistent. Good prices too. Our waiter was entertaining but the soup refill took a long time, then our main order came within a minute of our soup refills. It meant we were eating cold soup or cold pasta. 😕

Great meal with super service at a reasonable price. My lasagna was just the way I like it. My wife WOULD NOT SHARE her meatballs and angel hair. Wonder why. It sure looked good. Wonderful atmosphere for dining.

As usual, excellent food and exceptional service. Kalvin was everything you'd want in a server. Friendly, funny, knowledgeable. Exactly what you want.

Take out order was pretty nicely done, staff was very friendly! Greeters were getting trained, and it wasn't intrusive. There's a takeout counter near the front door now so you don't have to weave your way through the bar area anymore. I ordered Chicken Parmesan, and got enough chicken for two meals, but only enough pasta for one. I always order extra sauce because they don't put enough on for the pasta. You have to specify it's for the pasta or they think it's for the bread sticks and they'll give you about two tablespoons of sauce! Next time I'll ask for cheese to sprinkle on the pasta too. They only gave me little packets for the salad.
