Usually don't do reviews on chain establishments because most know what to expect and what not to expect. Walked into the Maple IHOP today (Sunday)to no wait. Got sat immediately and ordered right away. Food came quickly and was hot and looked like it was from the picture on the menu. I've been to this location in the past and never had any reason to complain, but today was different. Today, they were on their game and showed what they were capable of.

Our first time to this location May 20, 2018. We were informed that there was a 20 minute wait, no problem its a busy day.sat there for 25 minutes as we watched other people walk in be told there was a 15 minute wait fine we must be next. Sat a couple that came in after us a party of 2. that's fine. sat a few other people that came in after us. I walked up to the hosted after 45 minutes of waiting ad asked when would we be seated? She smiled at me and said you are one couple more and your next. Fine no problem. she sat the next couple then called another couple then looked at me and said don't worry there is just one more couple before you. she sat multiple couples that came in at least a half hour after we did. We finally left and will never return to this location as there service staff picks and chooses who they feel like serving. Will stick to the Cheektowaga location to bad for this location as we tip 25%

It was an okay breakfast and the party all enjoyed their food. But it took a long time to get drinks that were requested despite no more than 10 customers in the store including my party in that number. Not bad overall I thought their breakfast selection was huge.

The food was okay. The manager was training someone so he was acting like he knew everything. Very arrogant. Tried to fix our wonky teeter totter table by pushing another table up to it that wasn't even the same height. Didn't work, but he said it did. Then we have to wave down another waitress to get our check. The manager and his shadow bring us the wrong check. When I tell him, he says, so you're all set then. I was like no. This isn't our check. He exchanges it with another table. We pay and leave a good tip even though the service was crappy. Listening skills needed.

Love the buttermilk pancakes combo. They offer more food for your money. A lot cheaper than Denny's for the amount of food you get.
