Came on a Monday night...it was quiet. Food was good and staff was nice. Beer was tasty as well. I’d recommend!

Went to Napoli for pizza and wings with my co-workers for the first time. The pizza and wings were great! The crust was the perfect texture and the pizza wasn't greasy. The wings could have been a little warmer for medium but they were the right amount of crispiness. We didn't wait long for our food and the waitress was great with telling us how our food was coming along. They also had live music that night and he did a great job!

Absolutely miserable I placed an order for delivery tonight at 830 pm and was told it would be there in 45 minutes. I told them to call when they arrived as the location was an upstairs apartment. At 9:45 I called them to ask about my order they said it was out for delivery I waited at the door for 40 minutes and at 10:25 called again they said that they knocked and nobody answered so they took it back and would have to remake it and send it out for delivery. When asked why I wasn't notified when it arrived or when it was even returned to the shop they could not answer. I wish I could say that this was the first time this kind of stuff has happened but it's sadly not. This is the last time I do business with this company.
