We truly love the food here but phone customer service is horrible! Two times, back to back, we have called to place a to go order and we are put on hold only for no one to return! Waited over 11 min. today. When you hang up and call back you then get ‘you have reached...’ and can’t leave a message. Can’t get back through until someone realizes that the phone is off the hook. I have been inside and seen people walk out because they have not been addressed within a timely manner. If they can improve customer service this place has potential! Would not refer anyone at this point.

FIRST, The service and experiance was just fantastic . We met up here with some family to surprise my grand mother. The staff were more than accommodating and really made us feel at home. Secondly the food was amazing, the pimento burger was delicious, and if your not ordering soul rolls... whats wrong with your life.. My wife ordered the smothered chicken and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Heck even my picky son ate like a champ. GRITS AND GREENS WILL NOW BE A REGULAR SPOT WHEN WE COME HOME TO VISIT.

First time eating here and came for lunch. Had a good crowd was greeted and sat right away. Staff was very friendly. I had country style steak with collards and green beans my wife had the pimento cheese burger and onion rings. It was delicious! Wanted meatloaf but wasn't ready they gave me a sample before I left, so nice. We both had the cherry cobbler for dessert and it was wonderful. Yum all around we will be back! Thanks to Kristen for a great experience.

Love this place! Food is always good each time we visit. Quality items on the menu. Lots of options. Seems they take great pride in what they serve. Best shrimp and grits around!!
